Meet Hannah ~ One of Beauty Revived's Most Beautiful Children
A few months ago I was honored to be named as one of fifty professional photographers to take part in Beauty Revived's 50 Most Beautiful Children Campaign. The campaign recognizes the most inspiring, most amazing, most caring, most beautiful children all over the country! These kids are special for SO many reasons. They have overcome huge obstacles in their lives or they are fighting courageous battles and inspiring others with their stories!
The hardest part of this journey for me was selecting just one child from the many amazing nominations. All of the stories were awe inspiring and beautiful, but one stood out for me.
Please let me introduce you to HANNAH!
One of Beauty Revived's 50 Most Beautiful Children.
I was enamored with this beautiful soul the moment she walked into the coffee shop we first met at. Her smile just blew me away and her laugh was infectious! She is so vibrant and full of life. You wouldn't know the struggles this amazing young women has been through by just looking at her.
Hannah was diagnosed with severe ADHD when she was just a toddler. Her disorder was so severe that any deviation from routine would cause major anxiety attacks and breakdowns. Due to her hypersensitivity to touch, she wouldn't allow her family to be close with her or hug her.
Hannah's loving parents, Sherri and Mike, were very proactive in finding her the support she needed to work through her issues with anxiety, focus and impulse control.
Today Hannah has learned to channel her extra energy into the activities she loves like painting, tae kwon do, volleyball, archery and volunteering with her local Humane Society.
Her brother Austin is her biggest fan and supporter!
So glad I had the opportunity to meet Hannah and her family. They have touched my heart with their strength and perseverance. I hope their story inspires you as much as it did me!
